You DID NOT try our services, you DID NOT eat our food, you NEVER stepped foot in our restaurant, you were not our "GUEST".So what is all this? Are you all right?If filing up the internet it is what makes you comfortable with your delusional behavior, so be it. It is part of comforting your frustration you probably accumulated working in the hospitality industry. We love what we do. Just have a look at all the other reviews here and see what people say about us, also on Tripadvisor and everywhere else where you wrote.They can not be all wrong and the only one who is right is you. This is Alicante not Dubai, please respect the locals, nobody did anything to you. You are simply to much with all this! So once again go and seek help. Good luck.
